  • Your own Bioenergetic Wellness Scan and a private consultation with me. Just you and me, going through what shows up and what it means for your life specifically. That's where we find your starting point. Not a general one.

  • A personalized meditation, created especially for you. Inspired by the insights from your own Bioenergetic Wellness Scan, it's designed to support your unique needs and help you reconnect with your Life Energy where it matters most.

  • A full onboarding week. You'll have time to get comfortable in the app, complete your Bioenergetic Wellness Scan and consultation, and begin exploring the course. And here's the best part: your twelve weeks of coaching don't begin until after your onboarding week. So you get a full thirteen weeks of support

  • Thirteen full weeks of live group coaching with me. Every Thursday at 11:00 AM Eastern. The calls are open to every woman in the program, wherever she is in the course. The lessons live in the app, so the calls are pure coaching, on whatever you're facing that week. And if you can't make it live, the calls are recorded.

  • A supportive community right inside the app. A place to connect with other women on this journey, share your wins, encourage one another, and celebrate each other's growth. And something wonderful happens when we support someone else along the way: We often find that we're lifting ourselves up, too.

  • LifeWork exercises and resources throughout the program. These are designed to help you take what you're learning and apply it to your own life. Just like the Future Self exercise we did tonight, you'll have opportunities to reflect, make new discoveries, and begin putting those insights into practice.

  • And if you'd like to take your experience even further, you'll have the opportunity to explore additional Bioenergetic Wellness Scans, personal consultations, and Infoceuticals. These are wonderful ways to gain deeper insights and personalize your journey even more. They're available separately, so you can choose what feels right for you.
